SPA Merchant Bankers Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has bought back 3,253,760 Equity Shares on Stock Exchanges for the fortnight ended August 20, 2008 for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 743.55 Million being 31.37% of the total Buy Back Size of Rs. 2370 Million.
