Keynote Corp. Serv. Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 22, 2008, considered and approved, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, the following : Recommended dividend of Re.1/- per equity share, (i.e. 10%). Further, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 24, 2008. The Register of Members will remain closed for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) from September 19, 2008 to September 24, 2008 (both days inclusive).
