Hero Honda Motors Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Company has decided to close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 11, 2008 to September 25, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of members for payment of dividend @ 950% i.e. Rs 19 per equity share of Rs.2 each for the financial year 2007-08. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on September 25, 2008.
