Dpsc Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14,2008 approved the proposal for recommendation of dividend @ 10% subject to the approval of Members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 26,2008. Further the Company informs that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2008 to September 26, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purposes of dividend and Annual General Meeting.
